Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Accessories and underdress items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.


Return & Exchange Fees

First return or exchange is free within Dubai.

After the first return, a 25 AED fee will be deducted to cover courier charges.

Returns/exchanges outside Dubai will always have a 25 AED return fee.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Once your request is confirmed, our courier will arrange a pickup.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
