Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to shop with confidence! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• Accessories and underdress items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Return & Exchange Fees
• First return or exchange is free within Dubai.
• After the first return, a 25 AED fee will be deducted to cover courier charges.
• Returns/exchanges outside Dubai will always have a 25 AED return fee.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Once your request is confirmed, our courier will arrange a pickup.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
